What I Kept Noticing
I’ve worked on web-based systems for businesses in the GTA for over 15 years. Over time, I started noticing the same problems across contractor websites — especially owner-operators and small crews.

Why This Happens
Many contractor websites are built on templated CMS platforms like WordPress. Over time, plugin version updates, hosting changes, and missing email-related DNS records can cause forms to stop sending, layouts to shift, or security warnings to appear.
