New lightweight build to perform with a reliable contact form. Pages load quickly, and the site is easy to find.
The Problem
GIA Property Management needed a website that worked reliably for their business. Their requirements were straightforward: fast page loads, a contact form that actually delivered inquiries, and a site that people could find when searching for property management services in their area.
Their existing setup was not meeting those requirements. The site was slow, there were concerns about whether form submissions were being received, and visibility in search results was limited.
What Was Built
A new site with Astro — no WordPress, no plugins, no database to maintain. Astro’s static output means pages load immediately without server-side processing. The contact form routes through a verified delivery service with delivery confirmation, so there is no uncertainty about whether inquiries are arriving.
Service pages were written for the property management services GIA offers, structured to rank for searches in their operating area. The site was submitted to Search Console on launch and the key pages manually requested for indexing.
The Result
Pages load quickly. The contact form was confirmed working on day one with a test submission. The site is structured for search visibility and easy to navigate for prospective clients.
